    Position Summary:
    We are looking for a proactive and experienced Accounting Manager to oversee our financial operations.

    This role is integral to maintaining our financial health and supporting our mission of leveraging cloud technology for customer success.

    As part of our team, you'll play a critical role in financial analysis, budgeting, and enhancing our internal controls, directly contributing to CloudHesive's growth and success in the AWS ecosystem.

    This is an on-site role requiring the employee to work from our office in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Planning, directing, and executing all accounting operational functions.
    Managing the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting of consolidated business results
    Coordinating and preparing internal and external financial statement
    Coordinating activities of external auditors
    Providing management with information vital to the decision-making process
    Managing the budget process and adherence to budgets
    Assessing current accounting operations, offering recommendations for improvement, and implementing new processes to make us more efficient.
    Managing and refining accounting and internal control processes within NetSuite
    Developing and monitoring financial business performance metrics
    Overseeing regulatory reporting, frequently including tax planning and compliance
    Deal desk management and preparing all client invoices monthly.
    Managing collection of accounts receivable
    Communicating and driving resolution with clients regarding any invoice questions
    Work closely with technical teams and the LATAM division, enhancing financial performance and operational efficiency.
    Coordinate with external auditors and our outside accounting firm to ensure compliance and accuracy in all financial matters.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
    Accounting designation (CPA), or an equivalent combination of related experience and education
    Minimum 5 years accounting experience in an accounting or financial management role
    Knowledge of, ability to configure, and manage NetSuite to better work for the company.
    Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    Impeccable analytical and organizational skills
    Self-motivated and self-directed, you will be empowered to help us move processes forward.
    Ability to work closely with a senior management team to set direction and build efficiency.
    Understanding of cloud IaaS or PaaS market or technologies is a big plus.
    Direct experience working for a Cloud or Managed service provider implementing IaaS, professional services with time-based invoicing (hosting or other managed services is not required but provides a strong advantage.)
