- Bachelor's degree in biological sciences, veterinary medicine, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., PhD, DVM, MBA) preferred.
- Extensive experience (minimum 10 years) in a leadership role within animal testing or pre clinical facilities, with a focus on animal research.
- In-depth knowledge of animal welfare regulations, including USDA, AAALAC, and IACUC standards.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex operations
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and a commitment to ethical research practices.
