    Description
    The Project Manager will fully manage a project pipeline consisting of commercial ground up and TI projects. Responsibilities will include maintaining client relationships, scheduling, and completing all aspects of the project on time and within budget.

    Our client is a top GC based in OC, CA with projects focusing on commercial, offices, life sciences, education, and industrial projects.

    They provide the best in class client services from pre-construction planning, project management, subcontractor activities, to project close out.

    Communicating directly with on-site staff including the Project Engineers, Superintendents and Subcontractors to go over full details of project cost, staffing for individual projects, as well as scheduling.

    Proactively identify design deficiencies, schedule concerns, and other project specific issues
    Enforce safety protocols to ensure job site consistently meets or exceeds OSHA safety standards
    Maintain appropriate documentation throughout the project including change order logs, RFI logs, and submittals.
    Manage project budgets, schedules, and contractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and public funding requirements
    Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred but not required
    Must have experience in Ground Up or TI Commercial projects
    Proficiency with computer software used in the construction industry
    Insurance coverage (medical, dental, vision)
