    Job Title: Electrical Associate Engineer

    Location: Initially Rockford, Illinois for Training, then onsite work in Midland, Texas

    Job Description:

    Participate in product development activities and take direction from a Senior level engineer or manager.

    Utilize best-in-class tools to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.

    Participate in delivering engineering services including 2D drafting, 3D modeling, design, testing, and/or analysis.

    Work alongside peers to drive innovative design solutions.

    Complete engineering services projects in a timely, thorough, and accurate manner.

    Support customers at various locations across the US.

    Required Skills:

    Understand and apply principles, concepts, theories, technologies, and standards of the Product Engineering Field.

    Able to prioritize and work on multiple projects.

    Ability to prepare and understand single-line diagrams and load lists.

    Ability to prepare electrical equipment specifications and datasheets.

    Ability to work under general direction.

    Ability to apply knowledge and understanding of customer needs to the solution.

    Ability to interpret electrical drawing specifications and electrical component datasheets.

    Working knowledge of AutoCAD.

    Desired Skills:

    Excellent communication skills - both written & verbal.

    Hands-on experience with projects or in labs.

    Awareness of various international codes such as IS, IEC, IEEE, and NEC.

    Education: Bachelors or masters degree in electrical engineering

    Experience Required: Entry Level
