Position Title:
Financial Analyst
This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the financial health of a portfolio company while working under Accord. The Financial Analyst will primarily engage with Echo Hospice, dedicating 90% of their time to this entity. The role involves a variety of financial tasks that require adaptability and a proactive approach. Candidates should be prepared for a dynamic workload that can change weekly, requiring flexibility and a willingness to learn. A strong analytical mindset and effective communication skills are essential for success in this collaborative environment.
Salary Range:
$75,000 - $90,000 / Year DOE
Financial Analyst Responsibilities
- Gain an understanding of the Echo Hospice and the hospice industry within the first 60 days
- Transition reporting responsibilities from current team members
- Oversee monthly forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Develop and maintain financial models in Excel for revenue analysis and expense tracking
- Collaborate with finance leaders to create dashboards and reporting tools using Tableau
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting
- Enhance financial visibility through process improvements
Financial Analyst Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, Corporate Finance, or a related role
- Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills are required
- Experience building dashboards or reporting in Tableau or similar BI tools
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Flexibility in working across various industries is preferred
