    Job Summary
    The Sports Instructor plays a key role in guiding athletes and delivering expert instruction in their specific sport. Responsible for ensuring a positive youth sports environment, the Sports Instructor is vital to providing the i9 Sports Experience on the field.

    Responsibilities
    • Conduct practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and enjoyment
    • Instruct and exemplify core concepts, including values of Sportsmanship
    • Effectively communicate game day details to players and parents utilizing designated platforms
    • Maintain a positive demeanor and exceptional customer service throughout interactions
    Qualifications
    • Outstanding communication abilities
    • Experience and knowledge in coaching specific sports
    • Self-motivated individual capable of working autonomously
    • Availability to work weekends for the full season duration (~7 weeks)
    Ensure to opt-in for texting to facilitate communication
