BW Retail Solutions – Chesterfield, MIWhat You'll Be Doing
Create and manage analytical datasets and presentations in collaboration with our CS Operations Specialist to promote financial wellness and innovation.
Facilitate virtual meetings with business partners, not limited to BW Retail associates, carrier representatives and ecommerce partners.
Implement and maintain internal procedures, including online documentation/instructions, automations and spreadsheet formulas.
Manage a sub-set of departmental metrics, including claim SLAs and KPIs.
Perform order-level investigations to obtain necessary information for filing claims, replying to customer feedback, or resolving escalated issues.
Quickly move information from one data-source into another with a high degree of accuracy.
Seek to find trends in process gaps and performance, then develop resolutions based on knowledge and resources gained through experience.
Work directly with business partners to quickly resolve customer-facing issues such as failed deliveries, shipment errors and other systematic problems via email, chat or phone.
Perform customer service representative duties & responsibilities to assist with queue reduction.Work with Customer Service leadership to develop procedures rooted in customer satisfaction and financial recovery
What We'll Need From You
2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Operations, Project Management, Data Entry, or a related field.
Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (including basic formulas).
Reliable, punctual, adaptable, and able to meet deadlines in a hybrid work environment.
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and analyze data.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and WMS systems preferred.
Pay Range
$17 - $19/hr
When and Where You'll Be Working
Full-time position.
5 days per week, scheduled Monday through Saturday between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Overtime may be required based on business needs.
Training will take place in-office. Upon successful completion of training, the position will transition to a hybrid schedule.
