    What you'll Do

    • Collaborate across teams, partners and Business leadership across departments and levels to solicit requirements and translate the organization's strategic vision and ongoing business needs into actionable system requirements.
    • Develop innovative solutions for complex business challenges, use industry best-practices.
    • Work with our systems analysts and development teams to actively maintain and groom the backlog of current and future systems' needs.
    • Monitor progress using robust metrics and reporting mechanisms, proactively identifying, and addressing potential roadblocks/project risk, and proposing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Drive change-management associated with large complex roll-outs. Strong partnership with Enablement and Communication teams so that end-users are well equipped with new launches.
    • Drive adoption of our products & solutions. Maintain channels of communication with end-users and leadership so to drive enhancements and continuous improvement. Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure and enhance performance, providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders.
    • Own our "systems and tools strategy". Help optimize our investments in systems, tools and applications and ensure our designs & solutions are optimized, consistent and connected.
    • Optimize and automate processes, streamline workflows and eliminate inefficiencies, leverage technology and data-driven insights.

    What you need to succeed

    • Degree in engineering, business administration, project-management.
    • Proven program management expertise, with a strong track record of operational excellence and good understanding of data system.
    • Proficiency in project and process management applications (Workfront, Jira SharePoint, Wiki, Visio), with experience implementing and optimizing technology solutions.
    • Certification in project/program management is desired.
    • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
    • Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for motivating change and delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $138,600 -- $258,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
