SWBC is seeking a talented individual to manage the personnel that administers Salesforce, Zendesk, and HubSpot platforms for the company as well as manage the architecture and development by providing technical support to internal business stakeholders, i.e.

As a Salesforce Administration Supervisor, you will be overseeing a small Salesforce team to help manage and maintain SWBC's Salesforce platform.
Your duties would include strategizing and implementing Salesforce solutions to support business objectives, training, and mentoring staff on Salesforce best practices, configuring and customizing Salesforce to meet specific needs, monitoring system performance and data integrity, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, and staying up to date on Salesforce updates and new features to optimize the platform.

Elicits and manages business software needs and documentation of requirements for the ongoing configuration, support, upgrades, integrations, and new development of company's internal applications in Salesforce.
Collaborates with the project team to identify and manage risks, issues, and gaps.
Identifies and documents business scenarios for testing, validates the system functions as intended and determines the most appropriate response to defects.
Builds and maintains great working relationships with peer teams and acts as the system subject matter expert on the functionality of SWBC systems.
Provides Level III production support, involving appropriate functional teams when needed.
Assists with triaging and fixing defects for the planned releases and
production.
Performs advanced salesforce administration, i.e. Sandboxes management, Salesforce release and patches, User management/security, workflow, process builder, and approval rules, Permission Sets, and other System
Administrator/Developer
tasks, and coding as necessary, etc., to deliver features to the business.
Creates and maintains documentation on processes, policies, protocols, application configuration and help-related materials for administration team.
Leads and supports staff by providing leadership and hands-on expertise that spans current and future trends.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
Serious candidates will possess the minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field of study from an accredited four-year college or university.
Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience with platform, or related.
Experience engaging with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds.
Salesforce ADM-201 certification (Certified Administrator) required; Salesforce ADM-301 certification (Certified Advanced Administrator) required.
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce features and functionality, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Maintain technical knowledge by using Trailhead, attending educational workshops and reviewing related publications, when available.
Understanding of relational databases and data integration tools.
Understanding of data mappings (source to target) for integrations.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem solving skills.
Familiarity with agile development team practices, tools, and framework.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to collaborate with people.
Comfortable in rapidly changing and sometimes ambiguous work situations.
