- Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for all new hires.

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- 4+ years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on HR generalist functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management and training.
- Thorough knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HRIS/ATS systems and MS Office Suite.

Base Salary Range: $72,000 - $88,000, based on candidate professional experience level. Employees are eligible to participate in Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), Holidays, Vacation, Tuition Reimbursement Program.
The final salary offered for this position may take into account a number of factors including, but not limited to, location, skills, education, and experience.
