    Compensation Range: $50-$65/hr

    Location: Hybrid- 1-2 days per week in-office at one of the following locations:

    Job Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Product Manager to lead our product development initiatives in the retail and e-commerce sectors. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of crafting and executing Objectives and Key Results (OKR) and extensive experience in product and program management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and articulate a clear vision for the product, driving the process from ideation through execution.
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to align them with the product vision and ensure the integration of business goals.
    • Lead the prioritization and sequencing of product features within an agile development framework.
    • Partner closely with IT on all phases of development, testing, and implementation, including crafting internal communications and deployment plans.
    • Work directly with development teams to define scope and priorities, ensuring clear understanding through detailed specifications.
    • Drive innovation and urgency in delivery, motivating teams to produce compelling and effective solutions.
    • Serve as the primary product ambassador internally and handle external queries related to the product.
    • Manage the quality and functionality of each sprint and ensure alignment with long-term goals.
    • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, maintaining integrity and satisfaction of market and business needs.
    • Develop and implement metrics to measure the success of product features; analyze results and collaborate across the organization to refine strategies.

    Qualifications:

    • At least 10 years of experience in product management and program management, preferably within retail or e-commerce.
    • 3-5 years of proven experience in defining, crafting, and leading OKRs.
    • Strong foundation in Agile methodologies, including comprehensive involvement in Agile ceremonies.
    • Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
    • Proficiency in writing functional stories, setting acceptance criteria, and hands-on testing and analysis.
    • Ability to synthesize business requirements, identify challenges, propose solutions, and lead the development process.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse stakeholder groups and managing multiple priorities effectively.

    Additional Responsibilities:

    • Act as a single point of contact throughout the project, from concept to implementation, ensuring seamless communication and integration across all departments.
    • Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and budgets.
    • Continuously assess project progress and develop solutions to enhance productivity, quality, and client satisfaction.
    • Manage vendor relations and oversee the integration and deliverables of external tasks.
