- Develop and articulate a clear vision for the product, driving the process from ideation through execution.

- At least 10 years of experience in product management and program management, preferably within retail or e-commerce.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in defining, crafting, and leading OKRs.
- Strong foundation in Agile methodologies, including comprehensive involvement in Agile ceremonies.
- Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Proficiency in writing functional stories, setting acceptance criteria, and hands-on testing and analysis.
- Ability to synthesize business requirements, identify challenges, propose solutions, and lead the development process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse stakeholder groups and managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Act as a single point of contact throughout the project, from concept to implementation, ensuring seamless communication and integration across all departments.
- Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and budgets.
- Continuously assess project progress and develop solutions to enhance productivity, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Manage vendor relations and oversee the integration and deliverables of external tasks.
