    Job Description

    The Room Attendant/Porter/Steward/Laundry Attendant is an integral part of our housekeeping team at Drury Hotels. This role involves ensuring the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, maintaining high standards of quality, and providing exceptional customer service.

    Key Performance Indicators:

    • Maintain a high level of cleaning efficiency and productivity.
    • Identify and report maintenance issues promptly to ensure timely resolution.
    • Provide proactive assistance to guests to enhance their overall experience.
    • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.

    Requirements:

    To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Familiarity with hotel operations and previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial but not essential.
