Job Description:

The front desk monitor is responsible for performing various duties which include checking tutors into the facility and directing tutors and students to their assigned tutor rooms.

In addition, the front desk monitors are tasked with welcoming all students, staff, and guests into the Simpson Highers building.

They will also be responsible for communicating with missing students/staff to obtain details about late attendance or no-shows of given appointments.

Monitors need to be dependable, friendly and detail-oriented.
