Entry-Level Real Estate Sales Agent

Working on Your Real Estate License or Licensed in the last few months?

Job Type: Full-time preferably

$100,000 with commission plan

Here are some additional actions and attributes you'll need to be successful in working with our company:

• Willing to obtain a Real Estate License within 2-3 weeks of joining Elam Or currently licensed (we can assist with understanding the process).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and desire to succeed.
• Be committed to following through with what you say you will do.
• Able to build meaningful connections and rapport quickly.
• Ability to work as a team within the Elam Family.
• Integrity is a Must for our agents.
• Sales experience is not necessary, but helpful.
