Job Description

Lincoln Tech in Nashville, TN is seeking an Education Supervisor to oversee the Auto Body/Collisionprogram and to help achieve Lincoln Tech's mission: To provide superior education and training to our students for in-demand careers in a supportive, accessible learning environment, transforming students' lives and adding value to their communities.

This position is part of the campus management team and reports to the Academic Dean.
Key Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities
Supervise staff, monitor work processes, and conduct classroom observations
Recruit, select, orient, and train faculty
Develop staff professional and personal growth opportunities
Manage faculty schedules and monitor absenteeism
Provide excellent student service to achieve student satisfaction and retention
Be responsible for the management of the college fleet and upkeep of all machinery
Maintain inventory of all equipment, book supplies, training aids, and course materials within the respective program
Additional Requirements

2+ years of teaching experience, preferred
1+ year(s) of management experience, preferred
