- Base Salary Range offered for Plant Controller is $92k - $139k
- Profit Sharing Target + Base Salary = Total Cash Compensation

- Lead the plan to achieve targets in production capacity, operating costs, quality, engagement, and health and safety
- Demonstrated experience in servant leadership and team development within manufacturing

- Background in mechanical and/or maintenance/reliability engineering
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ Years of leadership experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting

- Prior experience in paper manufacturing, particularly in converting operations
