    Description

    Our client in Philadelphia, PA is looking for Nurse Practitioners to provide house call services.

    Position Overview:

    • Conducting Health Risk Assessments (HRA) through House Calls
    • Need for (10) Nurse Practitioners to cover areas within a 90-minute drive from Philadelphia in any direction
    • Work Schedule: 2-3 Days a week, flexible based on patient needs and NP's availability
    • Engagement Type: ongoing contract
    • Compensation: $100 per assessment, with mileage reimbursement

    Job Description:

    • Seeking Nurse Practitioners to conduct health risk assessments, focusing on history and physical exams conducted at patients' homes or occasionally at healthcare facilities

    Requirements:

    • Must be a Family Nurse Practitioner, consideration for Adult NP with no pediatric patients
    • Board certification by the ANCC or AANP is required
    • Active/unrestricted Pennsylvania NP license needed, open to new graduates
    • Credentialing by Medicare, Medicaid, and other insurers necessary
    • Proficiency in using computer applications like MS Office and navigating websites
    • Background in primary care and preventative medicine is advantageous
    • Access to own car with proper insurance coverage
    • Self-motivated professional with strong organizational and analytical skills, able to work independently
    • Home internet connection required
    • Excellent clinical assessment abilities
