    Description

    POSITION OVERVIEW

    · Initiate and develop a Cradle-to-Grave sales (3–9-month sales cycle) in target market segments and grow commercial painting relationships.

    · Cold calling and field networking to seek new business.

    · Ensure that our clients' needs and expectations are clearly communicated and accurately documented on a written proposal.

    · Develop a close working relationship with our Production Associate, Office Manager and Job Site Supervisors to ensure all expectations set forth on the written proposal are met.

    REQUIREMENTS

    · Valid driver's license with clean driving record

    · Sales experience in the Service Industry or Business Development experience

    PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

    · 2-year degree in related field (Marketing, Construction Management, Business Management)

    · Working knowledge of interior and exterior paint coatings, carpentry, drywall, EIFS, DRYVIT, and other construction

    · Business-to-business sales and marketing experience

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    MARKETING:

    · Identify prospects in our target market segments

    · Initiate contact and build relationships through individual contacts and relevant trade associations

    SALES:

    · Win sales commitments with new clients in a competitive market

    · Grow revenue from existing accounts and relationships

    ESTIMATING:

    · Must have the ability to write commercial estimates. CSA will complete a 90 day training program and work with the owner until they can handle commercial proposals on their own.

    PRODUCTION:

    · Coordinate and work with production to schedule booked projects.

    ADMINISTRATIVE:

    · Prepares Weekly Analysis of Results in preparation for meeting with Owner.

    · Utilize our CRM and CertaOne (SAP) to track clients and sales from acquisition to project completion.

    Compensation/Benefits:

    · Competitive base salary

    · Bonus on booked projects paid monthly-no cap.

    · Vacation accrued at the end of 120 days (3 weeks)

    · 90 individualized training programs (on-line and OJT)

    · Office/Remote work schedule. Agreed on with Owner.
