Job Description

We are looking for people who want to join a solar team, no experience necessary. As a Solar Appointment Setter or closer you will be generating sales leads by talking directly to homeowners. We are looking for people who are teachable and motivated to learn about solar. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our customers.

What We Offer:

• $300 advance on each qualified solar consultation

• Additional $2k-$5k on any closed deal

• Average 7-10 consultations per week minimum

• Scheduled hours 2:30pm to 7:00pm

• Training

• Up to $150,000 or more your 1st year

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Talk directly to homeowners and generate leads

• Directly communicates with customers to identify and understand their service needs; suggests products and services to meet those needs.

• Schedule homeowners with a free solar consultation.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Excellent sales skills.

• Hardworking and an ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
