The City Carrier Assistant is a key role within our organization, responsible for delivering mail and packages to homes and businesses on assigned routes.

• Delivering Mail:
     Deliver mail and packages to residents and businesses in a safe and efficient manner.
     Ensure accurate delivery of all items on the route.
• Customer Assistance:
     Respond to customer inquiries regarding postal services, rates, and other related information.
   &nownassistant liaison between customers and postal operations staff as needed.
