About The Role:
As a CBRE Sr Occupancy Planner, you will provide space planning, data mining, reporting, and interpretation of space planning metrics for large and high-profile clients' needs.
What You'll Do:
Act as the single point of contact for space planning requests, furniture reconfigurations, and general space inquiries.
Review space requirements and provide conceptual plans and recommendations to stakeholders.
Create block or stack plans, charters, and move lists.
Produce presentations for internal collaborators and client-facing meetings for review and feedback.
Interface with facilities planning and design staff in coordinating various facilities projects, including synchronizing the timing and construction of offices, distributing, and installing furniture, and relocating personnel to different buildings.
Partner with portfolio planners and planning managers to communicate with stakeholders about occupancy/vacancy plans, ratios, headcount projections, and workplace conditions.
Coordinate complex projects with many relocations and reconfigurations.
Conduct evaluation and review of work area affected by move planning to ensure that current location(s) and office availability at destination location(s) is reflected accurately.
Review and maintain occupancy data within the system of record
Apply data and metrics:
gather and track accordingly.
Prepare forecasts and evaluate space planning trends in general business conditions.
Conduct interviews and discussions with client(s) to capture, coordinate and synthesize project requirements, and functional, operational, and cultural issues.
Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.
Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince to reach an agreement.
Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.
Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5+ years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Certification in Corporate Real Estate, LEED, PMP or Facilities Management is preferred.
Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
Ability to review possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
Understanding and proficiency with CAFM/IWMS programs.
In-depth knowledge of Google Workspace/Google Suite
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is $120,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $135,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
