    Within the Structured Projects Department (DDPS), ensure the overall management of a portfolio of results-commitment projects concerning one or more industrial sectors (Automotive, Aeronautics, Rail, etc.)

    In the pre-sales phase:

    1. Qualification of the offer (Go/Nogo)
    2. Participation in the response
    3. Writing the technical part of the offer
    4. Estimated costs (human and material resources)
    Manages the overall delivery of a project portfolio:
    1. Qualifies the staffing/destaffing
    2. Writes delivery notes and receipt reports
    3. Writes technical files for claims and amendments
    4. Prepares and co-facilitates monthly steering committees
    5. Ensures compliance with the financial objectives of the projects in its project portfolio
    6. Writes, proposes and coordinates the margin and productivity optimization plan for projects
    7. Writes the financial reporting of projects
    Ensures compliance with behavioral rules regarding quality, health, safety and environment defined by the Group and recommended by the client.

    Team management :
    1. Leads the project team: manages the resources and skills allocated to the project
    2. Coordinates Team Pilots (Team Leaders / Batch Manager
    3. Functional management of CP level 1, Lot Managers and consultants
    4. Transmits their knowledge and ensures their skills development
