Spray Technician

Reports to: Spray Supervisor

Supervises: N/A

Responsibilities

• Applies fertilizer, herbicide, insecticide and fungicide treatments
• Responsible for the safe and compliant storage of chemicals and related materials
• Operate ride-on power spreaders, spreaders, sprayers, various other landscaping equipment
• Snow Removal, including snow plowing and shoveling in the winter months
• Performs other duties as required

Education/ Experience

• Ability to obtain: Kansas Pesticide Applicator's License(s) – General, 3A (Ornamental), 3B (Turf Pest)
• 1-2 years landscape experience

Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities

• Basic plant knowledge
• Excels in Customer Service
• Good Driving Record
• Ability to lift 80lbs
• Attention to detail
