Job summary
The Patient & Family Concierge is responsible for providing generalized compassionate service and support to patients families and visitors during their stay within the hospital.In the course of the day they may assist with patient visitor destination coordination environmental services dietary patient transport throughout the hospital supply equipment management.
- Greets patients families warmly positively providing verbal direction escort assistance to visitors patients ensuring their arrival at appropriate destination.
- Cleans removes trash empties linen hampers organizes all assigned areas including patient rooms public areas toilets procedure rooms offices patient-specific equipment following established procedures.
