    Major Duties and Responsibilities:

    Customer Service Server Lead to:
    Required to train, and demonstrate proper procedures and protocol to employees.
    Understand and practice safe food handling procedures.
    Provide Server coverage if needed. Required to lift 50lb.
    Promotes best practices and ways to increase student participation. May get feedback from Account managers or servers during non-service time and communicate feedback.

    Maintain Proper communication channels with Account Managers regarding the status of the servers at each school site and quality and accurate number of meals, fruits, snacks, and milk being delivered.

    Ensures that Servers handle and receive student ID cards. Operates the Point of Sale (POS) in a manner that complies with school contracts and government compliance regulations.
    Manage time and attendance.
    Approve and correct bi-weekly payroll.
    Maintain communication with Server on any company updates or initiatives.
    Other duties as assigned.

    Required Knowledge, Skills, and Ability:
    Must have access to a reliable car.
    1-2 years in a fast-paced service environment in a shift lead capacity, cashier in food service or equivalent.
    Basic math skills addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

    Basic computer skills:
    email, excel spreadsheets.
    Follow directions such as timelines, procedures, and supervisor expectations.
    Customer Service & Professionalism.
    Food handler certification.
    CA Driver's license, good driving record and ability to pass a background check, as required.
