    The Food Service Program Manager will oversee multiple food service implementation programs across the US. The ideal applicant is highly motivated, organized, enjoys building relationships, is a good communicator, and is passionate about sustainability.

    The Program Manager will design and lead projects that meet energy savings and decarbonization goals established by our clients. In addition, anticipated projects will benefit from an attention to issues of equity and access, with a focus on diverse communities and interests that are traditionally underserved by existing programs. The Program Manager will be responsible for leading project teams, coordinating client meetings, and developing strategies to maximize program impact. The Program Manager will lead research on new technologies and processes, interact with trade allies, and maintain project tracking and reporting tools.

    Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

    • Liaison with utility allies, professional trade groups, industry partners, and utility clients to promote cutting edge food service equipment and utility energy efficiency programs.
    • Actively work with stakeholders, partners, and the public to continually uncover and leverage communication channels and opportunities to exceed program goals.
    • Develop and manage program budgets, milestone timelines, and reporting deliverables.
    • Lead the development of inspirational communications materials, encouraging participation in energy efficiency programs and driving action.
    • Execute and track communication and marketing plans to ensure stakeholder buy-in, leverage all available marketing distribution channels, engage customer participation, and drive recruitment for program offerings.
    • Provide support to program teams on an ad-hoc basis.
    • Support regulatory analysis, data QA/QC, and engineering evaluations on behalf of Frontier's clients.
    • Oversee project team members and their assigned tasks for achieving program success.
    • Manage client relationships and lead or support the development of business proposals and funding applications.
    • Adhering to company green policy and procedure manual.
    • Following and enforcing all safety protocols.
    Qualifications:
    • Associate degree or higher from an accredited program is required.
    • At least Five (5) years of project managing experience.

    •"Customer service" ethic to serve our clients and program partners
    • Must be able to participate in work events during non-business hours as required.
    • The ability to lift more than 50 lbs is required.
    • Must pass all required safety training and follow all safety guidelines.
    Skills/Experience:
    • Experience with the Foodservice Industry is strongly preferred.
    • Must be willing and able to contribute in a team environment, while also possessing the capability to perform work independently when necessary. Does not require regular direct supervision.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills.
    • Willing to develop skills outside existing experience.
    • Strong data analysis and qualitative skills, including performing QA/QC of large data sets.
    • Advanced spreadsheet skills such as working with large data arrays, complex logic statements, and index match/v-look up among other functions preferred. Experience with advanced data handling and visualization such as PowerBI a plus.
    • Must be able to track program progress through software tools and work with clients, contractors, and other market actors to meet the goals of the program.
    • Proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and Windows operating systems required, Access (or other database) experience is of value.
