ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP a leading medical practice in New York & New Jersey is seeking a self-driven and patient oriented Allergy Nurse for our Queens/Western Nassau County offices to join our dynamic team. The Allergy Nurse role offers an opportunity to work with patients of all ages, encompassing a wide spectrum of care within our vibrant patient community. We offer a supportive work environment aimed at promoting professional growth and teamwork amongst health care providers.

Responsibilities:

• Administer allergy injections and monitor patients
• Perform allergy testing (food, environmental, venom, drug and chemical testing)
• Conduct pulmonary function testing
• Assist physician with patient care
• Complete administrative responsibilities including insurance approvals, data entry, restocking clinical supplies
• Respond to patient calls and messages

Requirements include:

• Active RN or LPN License (New grads welcome to apply)
• BLS/CPR certification
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Ability to work well in a team
• Excellent customer service skills
• Attention to detail
• Competent working with computers

Schedule:

Schedule can vary based on the office/physician that you will be covering for the day.

Offices included in this region are - Astoria, Flushing, Forest Hills, Fresh Meadows, Jackson Heights, Lake Success, Garden City, Manhasset. Please note any new office opened in Queens or Western Nassau County will be part of the required region.
