    Sales Analyst Job Responsibilities:
    Analyze sales data captured in Shopify to identify trends,opportunities for growth, and areas for possibleimprovementConduct data mining to gain insights for strategic decision makingWrite detailed, easy-to-understand reports summarizing key findings and insightsDevelop dashboards on key performance metrics and enthusiastically present findings to leadershipForecast sales and provide data-guided recommendations to help determine lost sales opportunitiesTrack competitor pricing and market changesIdentify new market (Domestic and International) and customer segments to potentially expand our reachUse natural probing tendencies to review various vendor relationships to develop cost savings

    Sales Analyst Skills Required: 1-3 years of experience in a sales support, customer success, or analyst roleStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to think creatively and find solutionsDegree in business administration, IT or related fieldProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and AccessProficiency in data visualization tools and developing dashboardsExcellent communication and presentation skills to share insights enthusiasticallyA friendly, positive attitude and team player mentalitityBenefits: The company provides competitive salary and benefits, and excellent growth potential.
