Are you a health enthusiast who's passionate about fitness? Challenge yourself and turn that passion into a paying career at Orangetheory As a Sales Associate, you'll be on top of studio operations like hot sauce on a burrito. You'll welcome current and prospective members through the door, provide studio tours, make and take sales calls, and much more.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Engage with new leads across a variety of channels: walk-ins, phone calls, etc.
Present the Orangetheory concept to prospective members, known as "Intros"
Work hand-in-hand with Coaches to guide Intros through their first Orangetheory workout
Sell memberships based on Coach recommendations
Keep our membership numbers healthy by monitoring and working toward periodic sales goals
Participate in marketing and outreach events around town
Make sure all areas of the studio meet brand standards for cleanliness and functionality
Address members and their concerns with dignity and respect
Other duties as assigned

You'll receive world-class sales and other training to get you going or sharpen the saw. Day-to-day, expect a variety of tasks beyond the above, including overcoming challenges and celebrating triumphs as you work to grow and maintain the member base. Detail-oriented. We're serious about this one. Whether it's filling out a client intake form or noticing someone's OTBeat monitor hasn't appeared on screen yet, you catch what others miss.
Ownership mindset. When something needs doing, you spring into action and get things done.
Can-do attitude. Whether it's a new business process to learn, donning the Orangesuit to attract attention or partaking in an 80s-themed workout, you're all-in.
Adaptable: You'll be switching contexts throughout the day between taking calls, notes, answering questions, checking members in, and lots more.
Available. Willing and able to work nights, weekends and holidays. We're open 7 days a week.
Basic computer skills (Windows preferred) including typing on a keyboard.
Experience with Mindbody Online (MBO) is preferred, but not required.
Education and experience that includes a high school diploma or general education degree (GED); OR one to three months related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
