    Anticipated Work Schedule: 

    • Full-time: 36–40 hours per week
    • Scheduled to fill vacant shifts across multiple program locations (flexibility to float between programs is required)

    • Must be available to work all of the following shifts as needed:

      • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

      • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

      • 12-Hour Day Shift (select programs): 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

    What you'll be doing:

    • Encourage positive relationship building & Promoting Independence
    • Transportation and Participation in Community Activities
    • Personal Care/Assistance with Activities of Daily Living
    • Medication Administration/Health Monitoring
    • Cooking/Meal Prep/Dietary Support

    What we're looking for:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
    • Experience supporting individuals with behavioral health conditions; one year of related experience is preferred
    • Must be able to travel/float between programs
    • Valid State of Michigan driver's license required
    • Ability to lift 50 lbs
    • Ability to pass background checks as applicable
    • Ability to become certified in CPR/First Aid
    • Possess basic computer skills
