    Are you looking for a fast-paced and challenging position that will provide you with extremely valuable Procurement Management experience, extensive variety, and frequent exposure to managers and staff in the EDDNext Modernization & Innovation Branch?

    The Employment Development Department (EDD) is looking for a highly motivated and qualified individual to work in the EDDNext Division. The Information Technology (IT) Manager I work with California Department of Technology (CDT) Strategic Technology Procurement (STP) to develop, review, and process competitive procurements for project-related IT contracts. They also help support the procurements for the EDDNext Project in the EDDNext Project Controller Section. This includes the develops proposal evaluation criteria, leads proposal review and evaluation, and serves as a contract manager.

    This position is at EDD's headquarters office at 800 Capitol Mall, Sacramento, California and may be eligible for telework under EDD's telework policy. Employees are required to report to their headquarters office, as needed. Travel expenses to and from the assigned headquarters are the responsibility of the employee.
