Head of Manufacturing Technology ES (HRL 17)

Position ID:
We are looking for a talented Manager who will lead the Manufacturing Technology ES department in Tunisia

Objective of the job:
Manage a medium-sized, well-defined organizational unit with generally homogenous functions.

Mission:
Support the strategic planning of the department/unit by breaking down or developing the strategic planning for the group, within a short or medium-range time frame
Plan and administer the budget in his/her area of responsibility, in cooperation with the supervisor, and make sure there is compliance with it
Cooperate in personnel planning within his/her area of responsibility in cooperation with the supervisor; employ qualified personnel
Provide technical and disciplinary leadership to associates that report to him/her; make personnel decisions in cooperation with the HR department and the supervisor
Support analyses for process optimization in production in cooperation with headquarters and plants
Ensure the technical management of the Manufacturing Technology/Design employees in the external plants
Carry out analyses for process optimization in production at the plant
Support in the creation of equipment specifications, specifications and specifications for process engineering processes/workplace design
Support in commenting on and evaluating customer load sheets in coordination with headquarter (governance)
Create specifications and requirement specifications for internal/external procurements according to standardized templates with regard to assembly lines/assembly lines, staging and transport systems
Ensure planning, procurement and commissioning of assembly lines/assembly lines, staging and transport systems in coordination with the region (ordering process via technical planning)
Support with profitability calculations for different production scenarios relating to assembly lines/assembly lines, staging and transport systems
Ensure planning and monitoring of all necessary moves and relocations in the plant with regard to assembly lines/assembly lines, staging and transport systems
Creation of plant and production layouts as a basis for further processing by Technical Planning

Requirements:
At least 10 years of experience in the automotive industry
Perfect communication in english/ German is an asset
Previous experience in production and project management
Initial training.
Working in a multicultural global team.
