Job summary
This position will work in all areas of the Paternity Division within the Baltimore City Circuit Court. This position is responsible for processing and maintaining paternity case files by reviewing pleadings, typing appropriate entries into the automated database, forwarding true test copies to all parties, and filing case pleadings in case folders.Schedules court hearing dates.
Ensures case files are delivered to courtrooms prior to hearings.Assists the public and attorneys by providing information about the status of cases and the Clerk?s office procedures, both at the counter and by telephone.
