    The essential job responsibilities of the Compensation & HRIS Analyst 2 position will perform intermediate professional level work to support the annual compensation process and provide HR systems support; responsible for data research and analysis in support of the compensation and HRIS objectives; serve as technical point of contact for assigned functional areas and assist Technical Staff with ensuring data integrity, testing of systems changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement.


    Qualification Requirements:
    To perform the Compensation & HRIS Analyst 2 role, you must:

    • Have a Bachelor's degree with a major in Business Administration, Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems or related degree
    • Have 2 years of experience in compensation analysis and/or evaluating, testing, implementing and upgrading system applications. Strong Microsoft Office skills, Excel, Word, Oracle EBS experience a plus.
    • Have a valid driver's license from state of residence
    • Reside and maintain residence in Shelby County, TN within 6 months from hire date

    Physical Working Conditions:
    Works inside majority of time. Subject to hazards at work sites during analyses. May be required to work extended hours.
