    Overview

    Integrated Marketing Manager

    Essential Function:

    Drive sales and profitability by identifying, developing, and implementing category and vendor marketing programs and other marketing initiatives for brand.

    This is a hybrid role reporting to the office in Denton TX on Tuesdays and Weds of each week, working remotely the rest of the work week.

    Primary Duties

    40% Category Marketing

    Leads Current Situational Analysis development and communication plan for assigned category monthly promotional plans, regional initiatives and product launches.
    Work very closely with Merchandising team cross category for coop and nation brand partnerships.
    Delivers insights, communication and marketing plans drive trial and repeat purchase.
    Drive category sales through loyalty program
    Develops go-to-market plans for monthly promotional plans, product launches and vendor programs.
    Builds project plan to deliver and verify impact of marketing elements and works to continuously improve impact.
    Research & analyze in partnership with the Marketing Analyst current and past promotional initiative results to capture best practices and foster continuous improvement
    Continuously updates trends and makes recommendations to drive incremental impact.
    Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget.

    30% Building Relationships

    Direct liaison with merchandising team

    Build relationships with merchandising teams through direct interaction and regular communication cadence to actively identify and solve for obstacles that might impact efficiency, category business plans, and the customer experience.

    20% Brand Stewardship

    Develop a deep understanding of the brand and its challenges & opportunities.
    Promote and protect brand voice, target audience, brand positioning and visuals. Partner with Creative Services to ensure utilization and compliance in all printed & digital content.

    10% Support

    Write tactical briefs for initiatives from agency to creative design
    Serve as a project manager for assigned programs by the VP or Director of Marketing

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    Bachelors degree in marketing or a related field, MBA preferred.
    5-10 years relevant experience in marketing required
    Digital marketing and direct marketing experience a plus
    Experience with Workfront/ other Project Mgmt tools
    Must have Go to Market experience
    Experience with working with 3rd party vendors
    Experience in a multi-unit retail or restaurant environment strongly preferred.
    Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently, handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously in a fast paced environment
    Strong analytical skills and business acumen
    Resourcefulness in solving problems
    Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
    Ability to build productive cross-functional relationships to support the strategic goals of the organization
    Strong written and verbal communication skills; must be able to lead and influence others. Strong public speaking skills
    Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

    The work area is adequately lighted, heated, and ventilated.

    The work is sedentary. Typically, the employee may sit comfortably to do the work.

    However, there may be some walking; standing; bending; carrying of light items such as papers, files, books, small parts; using a keyboard, driving an automobile, etc.

    No special physical demands are required to perform the work.
