    RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS


    • Bachelor's Degree and One Year of direct care experience OR High School Diploma or Equivalency and 2 years of direct care experience.
    • Valid Driver's license
    • Ability to drive an organizational vehicle
    • Act 33/34/73 clearances
    • Pre-employment drug screen

    Tuesday-Saturday 7:00AM-3:00PM

    ABOUT THE ROLE

    • Our Residential Care Advisors provide assistance and training to individuals with Intellectual Disabilities/Serious Mental Illness. We're looking for people who have experience developing and mentoring a team, and who believe in a strengths-based approach, and use positive practices to help guide their everyday activities.
    • This position will have a caseload and support persons served who live in their own homes in the community.
    • While required daily tasks to ensure the health and well-being of the people we serve, this position offers many opportunities to engage with the people we serve to achieve their goals in the community.

    ABOUT YOU

    • In any given day, you might assist the residents by teaching them to cook, clean, budget finances, manage medications, or take residents to appointments, interact with family members, and facilitate activities.
    • We're looking for employees who are professional, flexible, compassionate, and can remain composed in stressful situations.
    • This is a team-based position.
