Description
We are seeking an experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team at a leading hospital in Houston. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, utilizing your skills and expertise to make a difference in patient care.
Schedule:
• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Each shift is 8 hours with a one-hour lunch break.
Role Focus:
The primary responsibility will be in the PET (Positron Emission Tomography) area, so candidates should have strong PET experience. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, open-minded, and receptive to change, with a strong passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
• Operate PET and other nuclear medicine equipment to perform diagnostic imaging procedures
• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients
• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate documentation
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide excellent patient care
Requirements:
• Current certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMTC or CNMT)
• Strong experience in PET imaging
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
