Job summary
A growing advanced manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Tank & Welding Supervisor to lead first-shift operations across two major fabrication departments.This role oversees the production of ASME-certified pressure vessels,
including heavy wall and light wall welded tanks used in industrial and commercial HVAC
and mechanical systems.
You will be the on-floor welding expert-responsible for driving production performance,
ensuring quality compliance,supporting continuous improvement initiatives,
and developing a team of highly skilled welders and fitters.
- Lead and supervise a team of ~20 welders,fitters,and robot welding operators across two tank fabrication lines.
- Earn all welding and fabrication meets ASME Section VIII code requirements.
