Join our team in a pivotal role overseeing comprehensive quality programs that enhance our product offerings and ensure our engineering solutions meet or exceed industry and client expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance Leadership: Report directly to the Director of Supply Management. Analyze and enhance quality systems to mitigate risks.
  
• Team Management: Set goals, ensure clear expectations, and foster an environment conducive to coaching and professional development.
  
• Operational Standards: Oversee the execution of the Quality Plan and ensure annual certification maintenance.
  
• Supplier Engagement: Manage the Source Inspection process to minimize fabrication error costs and promote proactive quality issue resolutions.
  
• Stakeholder Interaction: Build relationships with customers and internal teams to support quality initiatives.
  

Requirements

• • Four-year degree in engineering.
    
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality, ASME Section I or VIII, heavy industry, manufacturing, construction, welding, and non-destructive testing.
    
  • At least 3 years of experience in leading and managing direct reports
• • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
