    Description
    • Schedule for a Housekeeping position is for 2nd Shift - Full- Time Monday - Friday, with rotating weekends, holidays, and shifts required.
    • Hourly pay rate for 2nd shift is $17.45
    • Ability to determine appropriate cleaning chemicals used to maintain various surfaces (incl. vinyl, painted, ceramic tile, metal, brick, wood, cork, concrete) as well as performing finishing techniques to protect/preserve various floors finishes.
    • Ability to maintain hospital environment in a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition.
    • Ability to perform specific cleaning tasks, including dusting horizontal surfaces, and maintaining assigned equipment for cleanliness, and reporting needed repairs to equipment, furniture, building, and fixtures.
    • MUST be punctual and maintain regular attendance.
    • Maintain assigned equipment for cleanliness and report needed repairs to equipment, furniture, building, and fixtures.
    • Adhere to Company rules, technical procedures, and safety policies as may be communicated to him/her verbally or in writing and English.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned.

    Sign-on Bonus terms of payment breakdown

    $250 after completion of 30 days

    $250 after completion of 180 days

    Requirements
    • HS Diploma or GED
    • 6 to 12 months documented experience as a Housekeeper preferred
    • Working knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, and equipment, safety practices as related to Housekeeping/Janitorial Industry.
    • Ability to read, write and speak English.
    • Ability to read and understand service requests, container labels, product information, and directions on cleaning chemicals and other material-Must initially pass pre- employment physical, and annual physical thereafter.
    • Must be able to pass NCIC-III background check (to include fingerprinting), and yearly review thereafter.
