    Culver City Toyota, a Ken Garff Automotive Dealership, is currently looking for a Customer Support Rep that aligns with our core values and acts with respect, integrity, gr owth , humility and teamwork.

    Looking for:

    Congenial and cooperative with an efficient, precise work ethic

    Friendly and cooperative with an ability to quickly connect with customers

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills ; deals creatively, logically and empathetically with customers and coworkers

    High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred

    Must be able to provide references upon request

    ** The pay scale above is the compensation range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, specific skills, relevant work experience, relevant education and/or training, and performance related bonuses and incentives.

    What youll do as a Customer Support Rep :

    Respond to phone and internet leads promptly and in accordance with the Ken Garff follow up processes

    Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to identify needs, and resolving customer concerns

    Schedule appointments with customers to view and test drive new and used inventory

    Document and update customer records based on interactions

    Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the new and used inventory the dealership carries

    Establish and maintain great customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
