    SYNERGY HomeCare of Olympia -

    Caregivers especially needed for weekends. SYNERGY is hiring more licensed Caregivers professionals who need or prefer part time or full time hours. We have flexible schedules for you, in Thurston, Lewis, and Mason Counties. Synergy pays extra for weekend shifts, delegated shifts, and shifts with two people.

    SYNERGY is focused on bringing professional and compassionate Caregivers to our SYNERGY's clients to help and benefit both client and caregiver. We do this by bringing experienced caregivers to our seniors in their own homes. Synergy matches the Care Professionals, like yourself, with our Clients to help the client take advantage of a caregiver's personality and desire to help.     Do you:

    Enjoy serving others and able to speak and understand English?

    Take charge with a warm smile?

    Hold a CNA or HCA License, or in school to obtain one?

    Have a car, driver's license, and car insurance?

    We have an opening for Professional Caregivers who can answer yes to the above questions. We also encourage our Caregivers to have or get their Nurse Delegation credential. We will support you in getting this credential and others to help you provide a higher level of care when needed.

    SYNERGY HomeCare offers:

    Competitive pay ($20-$24)

    Direct deposit

    Paid orientation and ongoing training

    Time-and-a-half pay for overtime and holidays and Extra pay for weekend shifts.

    As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

    Assist clients with activities of daily living and other needs, including companionship, social engagement, and other great opportunities to make another smile.

    Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and personal care

    Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers in person and through the company Portal.

    Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
