    Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

    Experience:


    • 12 months of role experience is required from last 12 months.


    • Must have at least 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience with 12 months within the past 3 years.


    • Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.


    • Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.


    • 12 months of acute care experience within the past 12 months.
    • Trauma Level 1 experience is preferred from any number of months

    Requirements:


    • Candidates must have a Illinois license (required for submission).


    • This role may require floating to additional units and locations


    • Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.


    • Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.


    • 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - OSF HealthCare and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - OSF HealthCare.

    Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

    Additional Details:

    Required Skills/Experience: Central Lines, tracheostomies, chest tubes.

    Preferred Skills/Experience: Prefer candidates who have EPIC experience and travel experience on a MedSurg Floor- If they have experience in a level I trauma center will consider without travel experience as long as they have EPIC experience.

    Shift & Scheduling:

    Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend – Sat/Sun for days & Fri/Sat for nights.

    Holiday Requirement: Varies

    No call

    Floating Requirements: Rotation – any other acute care gen med area (nephrology, neuro, ortho, oncology).

    7 days maximum time off

    1 reference from last 12 months (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission

    1 reference from last 3 years (Any reference type) - required for submission

    Driver's license required for submission
