-2nd shift – 3 pm – 11 pm

-3rd shift - 11 pm - 7 am

The company is an industry leading manufacturer of wire and cable within the Aerospace, Defense, and Space X Industries. The facility is a full-cycle manufacturing plant that produces wiring and cable from raw materials.

They are currently seeing growth and looking to bring on additional talent to their team is open to learning, and will consistently show strong attendance.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Entry Level Roles:

Drum-Pack – In this role you will be responsible for operating machinery that is taking wire off a spool and packing it into drums.

This role can be physical and requires candidates to be able to lift to 35 pounds throughout their shift.

Airframe - In this role you will be responsible for inspecting wire for defects, performing tension testing, and consistent use of a computer.

Candidates will need to work in a fast pace and ensure all Aerospace products are up to standards.

Print - In this role a candidate will be trained to work with 4-6 print machines at once.

They will ensure the correct dies are being used, and that letters and numbers are being correctly printed onto the wire.

Candidates will begin operating only one machine and work their way up.


Experience Needed:
Conductor – In this role you will be required to work within a larger department operating multiple different machinery. You will be handling bare wire that starts off as thin as hair. It is the start of our manufacturing process, and you will be interacting with many sub-departments.

Ideal candidates must be open to being hands on, not afraid to get dirty, and enjoy being kept busy throughout their shift.

Ideal candidates also tend to come from the automotive industry.

Braid/Twist Operator – In this role you will be running an entire row of machinery.

Individuals must be able to pay close attention to detail, comfortable with multi-tasking, and be comfortable working in a louder environment.

Past manufacturing experience is preferred in this role.

Extrusion Operator – In this role you will also be running multiple machines simultaneously. Multitasking is extremely important within this role, and it is extremely hands on. Upon setting up a machine cycle times can be longer, and candidates must be able to keep themselves busy.
