    POSITION SUMMARY:


    Prepare and process work orders; assign maintenance tasks by priority to ensure efficient utilization of available manpower and material; instruct on maintenance techniques; inspect equipment for proper operation; assist in troubleshooting equipment problems; and evaluate job performance of maintenance personnel.

    Maintain employee records for time, attendance, training, discipline and grievances.

    Positions are 100% based out of Allentown,
    PA(no exceptions for WFH)

    Relocation candidates at own expense. No per diem, home trips or any other allowances for this role

    Positions are for off shifts: 2nd shift (2pm-10pm) and 3rd shift (10pm-6am)


    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
    Supervise maintenance personnel in performance of work and procurement of parts and materials. Be capable of making decisions based on immediate and available information.

    Be versatile in the use of SAP AMM maintenance management system.

    Be able to look up parts inventory, work order status, view maintenance plans, review time entry, and any other tasks as needed.


    Accountable to see that all applicable governmental legislated requirements such as E
    PAFDA, and OSHA are adhered to in the area of supervision.


    Accountable to see that Plant GMP's are followed in the Maintenance Department and communicate other departmental discrepancies to appropriate supervision.

    Be able to work on weekend, holidays, extended hours and various shifts when deemed necessary by Maintenance Management.

    Ensure accuracy and completeness of all assigned work. Work closely with all departments for minimal downtime of equipment and systems.

    Maintain maintenance shift report log.

    Be able to direct, control and lead various types of meetings.

    Fill in for Maintenance Scheduler.

    Maintains hourly work requirements by designated zoned areas, conducts weekly meetings and responsible for reporting process

    Performs all job duties in a safe manner, abiding by all safety rules and policies. Participate in and support the Behavior-Based Safety process.

    Be fully involved and actively participate in Company Programs and Initiatives.

    These include but are not limited to MQS, QMS, ROME, NCE, Shift Handover, Globe, etc.

    Steel toe shoes are required, and to be provided by the worker at own expense (job requirement)

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (MINIMUM)


    Experience (Years/Type): Must have a working knowledge of proper electrical maintenance procedures along with proper plumbing, rigging and welding techniques.

    Three years in industrial plant maintenance preferred. Two years leadership experience preferred.


    EDUCATION
    Bachelor degree in Engineering/Maintenance associated field preferred, and/or equivalent experience.
