    Healthcare Project Manager

    to join their team in

    Fort Lauderdale, FL . In this role, you will be instrumental in overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of healthcare construction projects.

    Your leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills will be crucial in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

    Key Responsibilities


    Project Planning and Coordination:
    Lead the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the project team.

    Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to accurately define and document project requirements.

    Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to review project progress and make necessary adjustments.


    Client Relationship Management:
    Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.

    Identify opportunities to add value to client projects and exceed expectations through innovative solutions.


    Contract Administration and Procurement:
    Prepare and administer contracts, purchase orders, and change orders in accordance with company policies.

    Manage the procurement process, including soliciting bids, evaluating proposals, and negotiating contracts.


    Quality Control and Compliance:
    Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure construction work meets industry standards.

    Ensure compliance with regulations governing healthcare construction, including HIPAA, ADA, and NFPA requirements.


    Risk Management and Safety:
    Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive risk management strategies.

    Promote a culture of safety on construction sites, enforcing company safety policies and procedures.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

    Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record in healthcare construction.

    Strong knowledge of healthcare construction processes, regulations, and best practices.

    Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Professional certifications such as PMP or LEED accreditation are preferred.
