Responsibilities Lead and oversee the daily duties of assigned staff within the Patient Services. Assist management in training and developing new employees. Provide guidance and mentoring to new employees. Assist in enforcing the department's training and development program.

    Partner with the supervisor to ensure that the Patient Services Program reflects the vision and strategy established for the department.

    Adhere to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure patient safety and compliance.

    QualificationsJob Requirements Familiarity with medical terminology Familiarity with EMR systems Preferred Job Requirements Associates, High School Diploma, or GED equivalent.

    Higher education may be substituted for experience
