    We currently have an opportunity for a
    Client Service Associate to join our Retirement and Private Wealth team in our
    Bethesda, MD office.


    The selected individual will be responsible for preparing client reviews and providing administrative support to the advisor's to ensure our clients experience outstanding service.

    The successful candidate must be a detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.


    Job Responsibilities:

    • Support client service team and relationship managers in prepping and opening new accounts and other client account forms
    • Run reports and provide status updates to senior client service associate(s) on new account forms, confirming account transition, creating CRM profiles, etc.
    • Review processes and make suggestions to improve the client experience
    • Prepare for client meetings and follow-up after meetings, track and complete pending activities
    • Maintain and update client data, input updated values into appropriate planning and CRM software
    • Assist with firm and team goals and ad hoc reporting requests from the team
    • Prepare various reports for high net-worth clients
    • Assist with office wide projects
    • Use financial planning software (e.g. eMoney) to assist with preparation of plans

    Qualifications:

    • Background in financial services, insurance, or employee benefits including any knowledge of retirement plans and investments (1 year experience preferred but not required)
    • Good understanding of financial planning concepts and terminology a plus, willingness to learn required
    • Exceptional customer service experience
    • Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and organizational skills
    • Proficiency with technology including Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems
    • Ability to interact with people across all levels of the business
    • Strong attention to detail
