Do you have atleast 2 years of experience as a receptionist? We have an excellent new opportunity with a great company in Tonawanda.

• Opening and closing reception area
• Greeting and signing-in visitors
• Maintaining office security by controlling access and following safety procedures
• Answering, screening and directing calls
• Updating calendars and scheduling meetings
• Stocking supplies in break areas and conference rooms
• Checking stock of office supplies
• Filing paperwork
• Scanning documents
