- Manage construction projects and coordinate with contractors
- Conduct surveys and site setups including setting out
- Ensure technical designs are accurately followed
- Supervise contracted personnel
- Ensure project packages meet specifications, quality, and timelines
- Liaise with key stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and local authorities
- Provide technical advice and troubleshoot on-site issues
- Prepare site reports and monitor progress
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sustainability policies
- Provide monthly internal reports on project status
- Bachelors degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Demonstrated project management experience, ideally with utility scale PV solar projects experience.
- Proficiency in analytical problem-solving and communication
- Familiarity with legal language in contracts
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail
- Outstanding interpersonal and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Passion for renewable energy
- Willingness to travel and work overtime as needed
